Creator Payout Fee Schedule

Last updated: 22 September 2026

This fee schedule applies when a creator, payee, or other recipient ("Recipient") chooses a payout method on the Talentir platform. It lists the payout method fees for each method.

The business that created the payout can choose to pay the payout method fee. If it does not, Talentir deducts the fee from the amount sent to the Recipient. Talentir shows the estimated fee and net amount before the Recipient confirms the payout. An individual written agreement can set different fees.

If the business pays the payout method fee, Talentir charges the business separately. Talentir does not deduct the fee from the Recipient's payout.

How Talentir applies recipient-paid fees

  • The percentage fee applies to each transfer after any required currency conversion.
  • A fixed EUR 5 fee is converted to the payout currency at the market rate available when Talentir executes the transfer.
  • A payout can use more than one transfer. In this case, Talentir applies the percentage and fixed fees to each transfer.
  • A 0% fee means that Talentir does not apply a separate payout method fee.

Currency conversion

A payout in the currency of the invoice is not converted. No conversion applies to it: only the fixed fee or percentage fee of the payout method applies.

When the payout currency differs from the invoice currency, Talentir converts the amount at the Talentir exchange rate for that currency pair at the time of the payout. The Talentir exchange rate is derived from the current market rate and can differ from it. The market rate is the live mid-market rate of Talentir's payment provider or, if that rate is not available, the latest European Central Bank reference rate. Talentir shows the Talentir exchange rate, the converted amount, and the resulting net amount before the Recipient confirms the payout.

Crypto and stablecoin payouts

A stablecoin counts as its fiat currency on every network: USDC and USDT count as USD, EURC as EUR, ZCHF as CHF, and tGBP as GBP. A payout in the stablecoin of the invoice currency on Base is sent at par: a USD 100 payout sends 100 USDC. Talentir deducts no fee or execution cost from this amount.

A payout in a stablecoin of the invoice currency on another network is not converted. Talentir sends the full amount into the bridge. The bridge and its providers can deduct their own costs, so the amount that arrives can be slightly below par.

A payout in a stablecoin of another currency, or in any other crypto asset such as ETH, BTC, or SOL, changes currency. Talentir converts the amount at the Talentir exchange rate and sends it into the live swap or bridge route. The Recipient receives the output of that route, which can include network, price impact, and provider costs. The amount shown before confirmation reflects the live quote and can change before settlement.

Charges from other providers

A receiving bank, correspondent bank, wallet provider, or payment provider can charge its own fees. These charges are not set or collected by Talentir. They can reduce the amount that the Recipient can withdraw or use after the payout. This can occur in particular with SWIFT and wire transfers.
