If your company is already using Talentir or you are considering using us to pay the creators you work with, taking advantage of this amazing technology we have built, here is a step-by-step guide.
Step 1: Entering the world of Talentir
First, you need to create an account. Go to https://www.talentir.com/start/business and signup using Base. At the end of the process you will be directed to our chat for the KYB process to complete your onboarding. You will need to answer a few questions about your business and provide the necessary documentation.
Once the process is completed you will gain access to your company dashboard where you will have an overview of everything you can do with Talentir. Login must always be done with Base.
From here you can track payout analytics, your revenues and expenses, pending payouts and get an overview of your wallet. You can also switch between value and volume
Step 2: Adding funds to your account
The second step is to deposit the budget you will use for your daily operations, bank transfers will be immediate and free of charge. So go to “Homepage” and click on “Deposit”, to get all the information needed to make your payment.
Choose whether you want to make the payment in EUR or USD and then make sure to always include the reference number, ensuring your funds are correctly credited to your account.
By going into settings you will also be able to set a daily allowance for automated payments. You will receive a notification in case you reach your daily limit. Only the “Owner” role can setup the daily allowance.
Step 3: How to pay Creators
Now the most important part: how to pay creators. Simply click on “Payouts”, in this page you will get an overview of all the payments you have made until now. You can add tags to better distinguish between creators, campaigns, and any criteria that might be useful for you.
To pay a creator click on “Create Payout” on the top right, then you’ll be able to select one among 4 verification methods: email, YouTube, Instagram or TikTok account. The payment information will be filled out by the creator directly, you just need to select the amount and the currency.
Once the payout has been created simply click on the ticker on the left and then on “Approve” at the bottom. You will see your total Wallet Balance, the already open amounts (that were not yet accepted by creators and therefore not yet paid), the currently approving amount and finally the Wallet Balance after all payouts are confirmed.
The reason behind these numbers is that you can better track open (but still unpaid) amounts and make sure your forecasted wallet balance never goes negative.
As you can see from the clip above an automatic notification can be sent to the creator, you can personalize it by simply going to settings and changing the text for both SMS and email notifications. By clicking on “Test SMS” or “Test Email” you can also add a phone number or an email address to have a preview of how it’s going to look like.
And if you need to cancel a payment or renotify the creator simply click on the approved payment and then select one of the two options at the bottom:
What the Creator sees:
This is the interface that the creator will see when clicking on the payout link. They will be able to sign up, verify their account, and finally claim the payment.
Your Logo will be shown on the right and the Talentir AI chatbot on the right will guide them in case they need assistance.
Step 4: Bookkeeping
Bookkeeping has never been easier than this: simply go to the “Transactions” section to get an overview of all transactions made through Talentir.
You can export every receipt by clicking on “Download” or simply click on “Export” on the top right and select the parameters you need:
- CSV & PDF or DATEV format
- Desired month range
- EURC or USDC
If you select the first format option the downloaded folder will contain a CSV with all transactions and detailed information, plus a folder containing the PDFs of all invoices sent in the selected time period. All invoices contain necessary information from your company as well as your Logo.
Information about your company, such as address and VAT details, can be updated in the “Settings” section.
