Talentir connects with Claude
Claude is Anthropic's AI assistant, it connects to Talentir through its MCP server, allowing you to prepare payouts, manage webhooks and read team data in plain language. Payout approval always stays with you.

How it works
Copy the connector
Copy the Talentir custom connector in your integration tab.
Add it to Claude
In Claude, open Settings → Connectors and paste the Talentir custom connector.
Authorize
Sign in to Talentir and authorize the connection.
Prompt Claude
Give it a list, a sheet or an instruction, and Claude assembles the batch in Talentir.
Approve and pay
A human reviews the drafted batch and sends the payouts.
Example workflow
An authorized member of the team drops a spreadsheet with payout data into Claude and asks it to prepare the run. Claude reads the input and assembles the batch. The team member opens the Talentir dashboard, reviews the list and approves it. Talentir pays each payee in seconds, acts as Merchant of Record and invoices every payout.

How to connect
Add the Talentir MCP server as a custom connector in Claude (Settings → Connectors), then sign in to Talentir to authorize. On Claude Code, run the command shown. You can also drive payouts by CSV import, a connected tool or the Talentir API.
