Getting started on Talentir feels like the payout flow itself: fast and intuitive. Three short phases take you from a fresh signup to a verified business, a funded wallet and a creator payout ready to send. There is no engineering project and nothing to integrate first.

Phase 1 · ~2 minutes
Sign up with Google or email, name your team (this is just your internal working name, your legal entity comes later), and create your account. Talentir accounts are passkey-based, so your funds are secured by the biometrics on your own device: Touch ID, Face ID or Windows Hello. Setup takes about a second, and you can explore the whole dashboard before verifying anything.

Phase 2 · 10–15 min active, 1–2 day review
Verifying your business is required for any platform handling business funds, so Talentir keeps it as fast as regulation allows. Upload your commercial register extract and the system pre-fills most of the form for you. Add the authorised representative and controlling persons, verify an ID, describe your business, and submit. Our compliance team reviews within 1–2 business days, and you can keep exploring the platform while you wait.
Phase 3 · ~5 minutes
Set a daily allowance: a security cap on how much can leave your wallet in 24 hours, changeable only by the owner via passkey. Then hit Deposit to get your account’s IBAN and BIC, and transfer funds from your registered business account. Once the balance lands, create a payout with just a description, the creator’s email and an amount, and approve. The creator fills in the rest and is paid in their chosen method, most within seconds.

The moment a payout completes, Talentir generates a compliant self-billing invoice automatically (your details, the creator’s details, VAT handling and a sequential invoice number) and files it in your Transactions, ready to export to your bookkeeping tools whenever your accountant asks. No invoice chasing, no manual entry.
