Who is ENKIME?

ENKIME is a next-generation social media agency serving a network of 10,000+ creators through influencer marketing placements. For creators, ENKIME operates as contractor, management, and campaign agent.

The problem

800+ creator invoices, collected and paid by hand

Payouts ran on manual work. After every campaign, the team collected an invoice from each participating creator, chased the ones that were missing or wrong, matched the invoice with the in-house project software, checked the VAT treatment line by line, paid the invoice and had to re-check everything in DATEV for accounting. In a busy month, that involved four figure creator invoices.

When we saw how easy our YouTubers were paid through Talentir, we realized that we needed to integrate a seamless financial payout solution. Together with the CTO from Talentir, Johannes, we co-developed a solution that is customer friendly, highly applicable, secure and could easily be integrated into our existing system.

The solution

Custom integration, self-billing invoices

A payout run today starts in our project software. Once a campaign closes, all relevant payout data such as amounts, campaign tags, currencies, POs and extra fees are transmitted to Talentir. Eventually, all payment notes and transactions are reliably sent to DATEV for accounting. Nobody at ENKIME opens a new tool for this, and nobody re-types data.

The results

Thousands of payouts, automatically delivered

Since its inception, creator payouts have shifted from a mere obstacle to a value driver.

The manual work that defined the old process is gone. Hardly any creator invoices are collected, chased or checked manually. If desired, creators can submit in their invoices regardless, each of which is now automatically checked and paid. Payout admin is down 75%. A creator who used to wait weeks between the end of a campaign and money collection now receives the payment in an instant.

What has not changed: ENKIME can validate each payout and every payment is securely sent to the creator.
